Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or colour, subject to availability.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or damaged items (unless faulty)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Customised or personalised items

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Please do not return items without contacting us first.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
