2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

  • Local Orders: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery may take 7–20 business days, depending on customs and courier processing times.
  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free delivery may be available on selected products or promotional events.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation message
  • A tracking number or link to track your parcel in real-time

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact us.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If an order returns to us due to:

❌ Failed delivery attempts
❌ Unclaimed parcel

Reshipping charges will apply.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Customers)

Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees applied by your country are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility. We do not control these charges.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with proof (unboxing video or pictures).
  • We will investigate with the courier and provide a suitable solution (replacement or compensation if applicable).

We are not liable for lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages if it contains different product categories or items from different warehouses. You will be notified if this occurs.
